Customer Relationship Executive (female) – 2 Vacancies

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for lead generation, sales, and service inquiries.
• Handle customer queries and provide information about products/services.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for customer follow-ups.
• Address customer complaints and ensure proper resolution within a set timeframe.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
